You're right--it's not easy! I take comfort, though, in the idea that it's a process, and one that I'll be working on for a lifetime!
Fortunately, the Spirit is at my back as I climb, so I know I won't fall too far back down the hill (even if I do sport a few bumps and bruises from time to time.) :)
